Advertisers Ditching Black Media for Hispanic Outlets

According to Blackweb 2.0,  the following piece asserts that Latinos are getting a bigger chunk of the advertising pie. However, I've been online for the past eight months, and I still don't see nada from these big advertisers...  Holler if you do!
